Our Ghetto Matrix instruction set has made it to the final round of the Instructables laser cutter competition. We are one of 14 people that stand a chance to win this $15,000 piece of machinery. We need this laser like 8—> Peter Vallone Jr. needs to spend a night on Rikers Island… and we need YOUR help to get it.

The Graffiti Research Lab is going to The Sundance Film Festival as part of the New Frontier on Main program. We are looking for a few good graf writers, snowboarders, DJs, mormon MCs and lawyers to help us make a movie. The GRL will be rocking slopes, walls, beats and celebrities of interest from January 16th – January 27th in Park City and the surrounding the greater Salt Lake City area. We will be screening part of our new DVD, Graffiti Research Lab: The Complete First Season, including all our experiments at Sundance, at 12:30 PM Tuesday January 22nd at The New Frontier on Main. Is the UT ready for the GRL?

What would happen if you remade the Matrix in the ghetto, cast a rapper from Yonkers, NY as Neo, Large Professor as Morpheus, and 8—> Peter Vallone Jr as Agent Smith, manned the Nebuchadnezzar with the best graffiti writers in New York City armed with high-powered lasers and then set the whole thing in the true Zion: the County of Kings, Brooklyn, New York?
